Leads Actually Don’t Know How To Contact You On Facebook
Facebook doesn’t make it easy for people to find your contact information because the longer you stay on Facebook, the more money Facebook makes. They keep their lights on by serving ads to people 24 hours a day, seven days a week – And their darn good at it! So in general, Facebook penalizes actions that take people away from their platform.
This is actually a huge barrier for real estate leads that want to call, text, or visit your website.
And what typically happens? Basically, if they can’t figure out how to contact you quickly, they’re just going to give up or get distracted and leave – Because, let’s face it, Facebook is great at distracting people.
The lead (or referring agent) might get a Facebook notification or someone might go live – You name it, anything can happen. Then they’ll just forget about contacting you and you’re lost in the shuffle.
So in this post, I’m going to show you how you can eliminate this friction and make it easy for people to reach out to you.
Facebook Call To Action Button
Facebook gives you one opportunity to have people reach out to you – And people can do it quickly, with the click of a button.
So we definitely want to make sure that this button is optimized for real estate lead generation.
It’s called the call to action button.

My call to action button is linked to a lead magnet on my website. So when people click on it, they are taken to a landing page where they can opt in to grab a copy of my Free Online Marketing Plan for Real Estate Agents.
You can do something similar if you offer a Free Home Evaluation, Buyer’s Guide, or Seller’s Guide.
Alternatively, you can add a phone number, so when people click the button, it calls your cell phone instantly.
